Weil mein altes Blog restlos gelöscht wurde, habe ich beschlossen, wenigstens ein paar Nähprojekte nach hier herüber zu retten. Ich ärgere mich zwar noch immer, dass viereinhalb Jahre Bloggen einfach weg sind, aber ich kann wenigstens versuchen, etwas zu retten. Also kommt hier jetzt mal das erste "alte" Projekt, passend zum Katzenkleid.

Es begann mit einem Teaser:
Die Vermutungen, was man aus dieser schönen Farbkombination machen könnte, waren sehr kreativ. Aber es war keine Blume und auch kein Prinz mit Orangenhaut oder eine Fee mit rosa-orange Farbschwäche.
Die Auflösung..
Es wurde ein Hasenkostüm für die inzwischen etwas größere Katzenkleidbesitzerin!
Die Grundlage war ein einfache Kleiderschnitt aus einer alten Knip, verziert mit rosa Bauch und einem weißen "Bömmel" auf der Kehrseite. Für den Puscheleffekt wurde eine kleine Federboa am Hals angenäht.
Zu einem echten Hasen gehört natürlich eine Möhre, in diesem Fall eine praktische Tasche, gefertigt aus orangefarbenem Pannesamt mit grünem "Sateng"..... Kein Schnitt, einfach ausprobiert und mit einem RV als Verschluss.
Der kleine Hase hoppelte begeistert zur Karnevalsfete!
Dieses Jahr wurde das Kostüm noch mal von der kleinen Schwester getragen. ;)
Und somit kann ich auch noch ein Bild von der Katze nachreichen.

Because my old blog got totally lost I've decided that I will show at last some of the old projects here. I'm still sad that four and a half year of blogging were in vain but at least I can try to save something.
So here is an old project, similar to the cat costume.

It all started with a teaser:
There were some guessing what this nice colour combination would turn out to be but it was neither a flower nor a prince with orange peel skin and even no fairy who has soft spot for orange and pink.
The solution:
It is a bunny costume for the now a little bit older cat!
The base is again a simple dress pattern. I've used one from an old Knip but put a button in the center back instead of a zipper. It has a pink panne velvet belly and a little bobble on the back. For a fluffy effect I've sewn a bit of feather boa around the neck.
Of course A real bunny needs a carrot! So it got a little bag, cut without a pattern just by trying and made out ouf orange panne velvet and satin.
The little bunny was very happy and hobbled to the party!
And this year the dress was recycled by her little sister. ;)
